I placed an order and haven’t heard anything yet. What should I do?
First, please check your spam/junk folder in your email inbox. You should have an email with the subject: “Order Confirmation from Crocker Art Museum Store.” This will include the details of your order, including order number, delivery method, billing address, and payment.
Due to a high volume of orders, it currently takes us 2-3 business days to process new orders. You will receive another email from store staff once your order is processed.
